Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Guest Services Intern for Summer 2027 to assist guests with arrivals/departures, luggage, and hotel services in a luxury setting. You’ll gain hands-on experience in frontline hospitality while learning operations with a renowned team.

Expect a 40-hour workweek with eight- to ten-hour shifts, Monday through Sunday availability, and a focus on customer service, teamwork, and professional growth in a world-class property.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months of working experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Educational studies toward a degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to rooms; deliver luggage on check-in and pick up on departure.
• Handle guest inquiries with hospitality; resolve complaints and provide information.
• Assist Valet with parking and vehicle retrieval; arrange transportation for guests.
