Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Kentucky stores seeks an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor, develop team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience aligned with our values.

You will hire, coach, and manage performance, strengthen an inclusive culture, and partner with managers on merchandising, scheduling, and daily store operations.

Candidates should have 1 year of people management and leadership experience, and be able to travel to assigned store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience, including experience managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive, high-performing team on the sales floor and through daily procedures.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and address guest feedback to resolve issues.
• Partner with Store Manager on hiring, coaching, and performance documentation.
• Manage scheduling, product presentation, and merchandise restocking to support store goals.
• Open and close the store following procedures and safety guidelines.
