Job summary

Kessler Collection’s Richmond Hill, GA property seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and uphold service standards. You will supervise room attendants, manage VIP rooms, and coordinate with Front Office to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires supervisory experience in hotels and strong communication, with duties including training and ensuring cleanliness across floors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• At least 2–3 years of progressive hotel experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Room Attendant’s work performance daily to ensure standards.
• In absence of managers, inspect VIP rooms and report to Front Office.
• Oversee end-of-day floor closures and restock carts.
• Maintain records of daily assignments and keys.
• Ensure Lost and Found handling per standards.
• Monitor cleanliness of carts, linen closets, and hallways.
• Assign daily duties and ensure staff activities.
