Job summary

The Guest Services Supervisor at Kessler Hotels in Richmond Hill, GA, will assist the Guest Services Manager and Assistant Guest Services Manager in delivering attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests from arrival to departure, while helping maximize room revenue and occupancy.

You will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure proper logging, respond to VIP requests, coordinate with departments, and mentor team members to uphold Highgate Hotel standards and deliver

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of progressive hotel experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the G.S.M. and AGSM while ensuring courteous service to guests.
• Review Front Office logs and maintain accurate room status.
• Ensure proper operation of front desk systems and messaging.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective merchandising.
• Maintain communication with other departments and train new hires.
