Job summary

Soho House’s Cecconi's Lead Host at the Miami location is responsible for warmly welcoming members and guests, directing them to dining or private spaces, and managing guest lists across Cecconi's and related venues. The role involves multi-tasking across reception, reservations, and guest services.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a similar role, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to maintain a hospitable atmosphere while handling high-volume inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience answering high-volume phone lines and inquiries professionally, timely and to the best of your abilities.
• Proficiency with restaurant/hospitality software like OpenTable, Salesforce or Opera is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, direct or sign in members and guests to Cecconi's at Soho Beach House Miami.
• Handle reception duties, guest lists, and general inquiries.
• Answer high-volume calls for reservations and inquiries across restaurant, roof, and cinema.
