Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking an energetic front desk associate to deliver outstanding guest service and drive member enrollment. You will welcome guests, answer questions, and guide them through joining the club with a friendly and persuasive approach.

You will manage sales at the POS, maintain knowledge of programs, and strive to meet or exceed monthly sales goals while emphasizing urgency during peak periods and closeouts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every guest and provide a guest friendly environment
• Strive to improve the member experience, revenues and retention
• Maintain product knowledge about merchandise and services
• Accurately complete sales transactions at POS and manage cash accurately
• Capitalize on phone calls and walk-ins to convert prospects
• Master the tour and convincingly present membership value to potential members
