Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a Front Desk Manager (MOD) to lead the front desk team, recruit and develop staff, and ensure top-tier member service across daily operations. You will drive staffing, coaching, and performance to meet club goals and uphold Edge standards.

You will supervise Fitness Consultants and act as MOD when the GM is away, contributing to a positive culture and efficient facility operations while promoting the Edge brand and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of leadership and people management of large cross-functional teams including proven success in leading, coaching and motivating teams to achieve goals and objectives in a consumer-facing service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains managerial oversight for the front desk department and communicates regularly with department heads regarding performance.
• Recruits, interviews and hires front desk employees.
• Authorizes staff changes including hires, promotions and terminations.
• Schedules front desk staff to meet goals within payroll budgets.
• Coaches and develops front desk staff in sales and customer service.
• Ensure brand experience and resolve member concerns and complaints.
