Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Able to lift 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience consistently.
• Adhere to guest service standards.
• Coach associates on guest interactions and performance.
• Maintain a clean and presentable store environment.
• Assist in merchandising and window displays.
• Complete opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
• Adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Serve as leader on duty as needed.
• Represent the brand with appropriate dress and grooming.
