Altar’d State in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Guest Lead to help deliver exceptional guest service, maintain compelling visual displays, and support ongoing associate development and store operations.

You will lead by example, coach team members on guest interactions, and uphold the brand's standards, while contributing to a welcoming, community-minded store environment that reflects our Stand Out For Good mission.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, reach, kneel, squat; may climb ladders; lift/carry up to 30 pounds.
