Job summary

Altar’d State in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Brand Representative to drive revenue by delivering exceptional guest service, building relationships, and sharing product knowledge in a clean, inviting store environment.

Reporting to Store Leadership, you will meet individual goals, handle transactions accurately, maintain merchandising standards, and participate in opening/closing tasks while representing Stand Out For Good, Inc and the Altar’d State brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Proven guest service skills and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and building relationships.
• Share product knowledge and maintain a clean, well-organized store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and adhere to loss prevention practices.
• Support opening/closing procedures and assist in merchandising and displays.
