Merlin Entertainments' Wondra Chicago seeks a Guest Experience Shift Lead to help run daily operations, keep lines moving and keep guest energy positive. You’ll mentor teammates, learn leadership through hands-on coaching, and support a fun, safe environment for families.
Ideal candidates are outgoing, calm under pressure, with customer service or entertainment experience and a desire to grow into leadership. Weekend and holiday availability required.
Qualifications
- Are outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people.
- Can stay calm in busy situations.
- Enjoy helping and encouraging others.
- Have experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions.
- Want to grow into leadership.
- Available weekends + holidays (required).
- Previous leadership and training experience!
Responsibilities
- Help support the Wondra team during daily operations.
- Keep lines moving and guest energy positive.
- Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed.
- Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience.
- Help train and motivate team members.
- Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families.
- Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day.
