Job summary

The LEGO Group in Schaumburg is seeking a Retail Shift Lead to oversee daily attraction operations, guide front-line teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll support multiple departments, coach staff, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for people, guest service, and teamwork, with a High School diploma and at least six months in customer-focused roles. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least six months of experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or similar.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate others.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily attraction operations as Supervisor on Duty when assigned.
• Support admissions, attractions, food & beverage, and retail to ensure smooth operations.
• Delegate daily tasks and uphold operational standards.
• Inspire, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Manage guest flow and queues for a safe, enjoyable experience.
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and recoveries professionally.
