Job summary

Loews Arlington Hotel in Arlington’s sports district seeks an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to lead the guest services team with confidence and care. You will champion service standards and create seamless experiences that leave lasting impressions.

In this role, you will oversee daily Front Office operations, mentor staff, manage payroll, coordinate with housekeeping, and develop training to drive excellence while ensuring every guest feels valued and well cared for.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
• Minimum two years guest service experience in hotel hospitality.
• Minimum one-year guest service leadership role preferred.
• Experience with Opera PMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations and guest service delivery.
• Lead and mentor team to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Manage payroll processes, scheduling, timecard edits, and time-off approvals.
• Coordinate room allocations with housekeeping to meet guest preferences.
• Develop training programs to support team growth and operational excellence.
• Respond to emergencies with professionalism and guest-safety focus.
