You will partner with the Sr. Guest Services Manager, handle basic bookkeeping during shifts, manage the bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click-and-collect, and parking lot operations, while fostering a friendly, efficient shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end team to maintain high guest service standards across checkout areas.
• Assist the Sr. Guest Services Manager with Guest Services, self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas.
