Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Manager to supervise the front-end team and uphold exceptional guest service across all front-end areas. The role collaborates with the Sr. Guest Services Manager on daily tasks including self-checkouts, bagging, and parcel pickup.

Able to manage tasks across checkout areas, parking lot and related front-end responsibilities while supporting a positive, customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction to the front-end team.
• Maintain high standards of guest service throughout front-end operations.
• Oversee self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, and cart room.
• Assist Sr. Guest Services Manager with various front-end tasks.
