Qualifications

• 2+ years of guest service experience required, preferably in hospitality.
• Basic computer knowledge and excellent verbal skills.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations and assist guests at check-in/out.
• Train staff and model service standards.
• Manage reservations, verify billing, and process special requests.
• Drive revenue through up-selling and effective labor management.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
