You will oversee front desk operations, assist with group bookings, and coach staff to maintain high service standards. Prior frontline hotel experience is required; availability for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes.
• Previous hotel front desk experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage group reservations and payments.
• Supervise front desk operations to ensure service quality.
• Train and coach front desk team to deliver high-quality service.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
