Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Previous hotel front desk experience required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to guests with accurate information and timely services.
• Manage group reservations and forms of payment.
• Supervise front desk operations to ensure high service levels.
• Train and coach front desk staff to ensure quality operation.
• Resolve guest issues quickly to maintain satisfaction.
• Register, check-in and check-out guests using the hotel system.
• Promote loyalty programs and recognize current members.
