Job summary

AvantStay in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami is hiring a Front Desk Associate to be the face of the company. This on-site role focuses on flawless in-person guest check-ins and day-to-day market operations, including deliveries, organizing supplies, and supporting local teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate is guest-first, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and weekend/evening availability is required for full-time

Qualifications

• Guest-first attitude and ability to create excellent guest experiences.
• Experience with property management software and related tools.
• Excellent communication with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment with decision-making autonomy.
• Positive, proactive, and able to work in team or independently.
• Desire to learn about various topics in short-term rentals and housekeeping.
• Strong analytical, strategic and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work weekends/evenings as needed in a full-time role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live check-ins for arriving guests, serving as the first company impression.
• Receive, organize and stock housekeeping and operational supplies.
• Lift, move, and organize the office and storeroom areas.
• Guide guests through the AvantStay experience and ensure a great first impression.
• Stay in touch with field teams about arrivals and guest requests.
• Use technology to release check-in instructions and close Live Check-In cases in Salesforce.
• Assist with inventory and linen/consumables tracking.
• Maintain and organize office and gathering spaces.
