Waymore’s Guest House in East Nashville is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to assist the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest service and efficient front desk operations.

The role requires supervising front desk agents, baristas, and bartenders, training on coffee and beverage service, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues, while adhering to HEI Hotels and Resorts standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, restaurant/bar, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
• Knowledge of coffee, cocktails, beer/wine, and beverage service preferred.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
• Comfortable handling cash, POS systems, and basic financial reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Front Office Manager in managing Front Office operations to achieve guest satisfaction and comply with policies.
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with check-in/check-out and room assignments.
• Handle cash, balance a house bank, and process payments accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth service.
• Train and coach team members on beverage service and POS procedures.
