Waymore's Guest House in East Nashville seeks an experienced housekeeping supervisor to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests, associates, and vendors. You will direct the housekeeping team and support operations.

Key duties include supervising staff, hiring and training, ensuring room cleanliness, inventory control, responding to guest concerns, and implementing emergency procedures. The role emphasizes communication and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to move throughout the building, bend, stoop and reach to assist staff and complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping staff, provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage disciplinary actions when appropriate.
• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house; ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
