The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and possesses excellent communication skills. Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel systems and reservations is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly.
• Answer phones, manage guest inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, in person, and through hotel system.
