Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or similar roles welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and handle smooth, efficient check-ins & check-outs.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and special requests.
• Answer phones, coordinate guest needs, and assist other departments.
• Maximize room revenue through suggestive selling.
• Handle cash, billing, and guest accounts accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
• Jump in to help wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
