Job summary

Homewood Suites Pittsburgh Downtown is seeking a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Clerk to warmly welcome guests from arrival to departure, handling check-ins and inquiries to ensure a smooth, comfortable stay.

Required are strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a high school diploma; evenings, weekends, and holidays shifts are expected, with competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and stay professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
