Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking a Room Attendant for Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort to support Dollywood Parks & Resorts. You will clean guest rooms to ensure a clean, welcoming space and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with hospitality experience preferred, able to pass a background check and drug screen, and available for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Properly cleans and stocks guest rooms per standards.
• Maintain clean and neat workspace at all times.
• Replace guest room amenities and linens as necessary.
• Reports maintenance issues to room inspector.
• Keeps housekeeping cart stocked and clean.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.
• Delivers lost and found items to Housekeeping Office.
• Aids guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Completes deep cleans of guest rooms when assigned.
• Maintains cleanliness of public areas and back of house areas.
