Qualifications

• Able to make a friendly impression when speaking to guests.
• Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
• Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Checks with Manager for daily forecast training standard objectives.
• Communicates daily specials from kitchen to guests.
• Carries food orders from kitchen to dining room and serves to guests.
• Clears tables and maintains service pace.
• Assists with water and bread service; clears soiled dishes.
• Resets tables to standard during service.
• Maintains buffet cleanliness and food quality when applicable.
• Ensures dining room cleanliness, supplies and staffing levels.
• Upholds health codes and safety standards.
• Performs service and runner duties as needed.
• Willing to work in other disciplines within the department as directed.
• Participates in upsell strategies and daily line-ups.
• Demonstrates Lead with Love values in interactions.
