Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent for our DoubleTree Baton Rouge location. This role involves greeting guests, processing check-ins/outs, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction through accurate information and seamless service.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of front desk experience in a hotel, plus basic computer skills to navigate hotel systems and record guest details accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Graduation or GED is required.
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar Front Desk role in a hotel is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Answer department telephone within 3 rings and greet guests professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours of operation, rates, packages, and promotions.
• Process guest payments and manage back-up information for charges and deposits.
• Coordinate with bell staff for guest assistance and escort.
