Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Respond promptly and graciously to guest service issues and report to Restaurant Manager.
• Perform duties to maximize guest service.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure actions are visible to guests.
• Help maintain a congenial dining room atmosphere.
• Knowledgable about menu and guest information.
• Adapt to changes in staffing and procedures.
• Perform duties of Host, Server, Server Assistant, and Food Runner as needed.
• Ensure understanding of policies and procedures per employee handbook.
