Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Guest Experience Leader to enhance the guest journey in our Texas restaurant. You will welcome guests, ensure their enjoyment, and resolve concerns with a friendly, proactive approach.

You’ll work closely with teammates to achieve daily goals, learn about our core menu and promotions, and promote app-based benefits. This role requires reliability, strong communication, and a positive attitude in a dynamic dining environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, hospitable demeanor
• Desire to help customers and coworkers
• Ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation
• Texas food handler certification or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience and check in with customers to ensure they are enjoying their visit
• Resolve guest concerns and provide timely, satisfactory solutions
• Collaborate with the team to hit restaurant goals and maintain a positive, inclusive environment
• Provide knowledge on core menu items and promotions, including McDonald’s App benefits
• Be punctual and clock in for shifts to ensure guest needs are met
