McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is hiring a Guest Experience Leader to join our restaurant team in Texas. You will greet guests, assist with ordering and kiosks, and help ensure every guest leaves satisfied. This role emphasizes service with a smile, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment.
Customer service oriented with strong guest communication.
Flexible hours between 8am and 8pm.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
Assist guests with using the ordering kiosks.
Provide help to those who need extra hands.
Check with guests after food is served to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure kids receive a kid treat.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues.
Communicate feedback and recommendations to the restaurant team.
