McDonald’s is seeking a Guest Experience Leader to join our Texas restaurant team. You will greet guests, assist with ordering, and help create feel-good moments in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Available to work between 8am and 8pm in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Assist guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Offer help to those needing extra hands.
• Check with guests after meals to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Help ensure kids receive a kid treat.
• Handle customer concerns as they arise.
• Communicate feedback and recommendations to the restaurant team.
