Job summary

Omaha Children’s Museum (OCM) is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to energize and lead the Guest Experience team. The role ensures every visitor has a memorable, engaging visit and supports the museum’s values of Respect, Fun, Well-being and Growth.

The position requires weekend and some evening work, on-site operations oversight, and collaboration with the Senior Manager of Guest Experience to manage staff and inventory. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail, hospitality, museum, or service industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences from open to close.
• Interact with guests to meet needs and improve future experiences.
• Perform evaluations of guest-facing staff to ensure standards.
