Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Guest Experience Leader to check in with guests, ensuring they enjoy their visit and to help maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant environment. You will work with the team to deliver excellent service and foster an engaging guest atmosphere.

You’ll resolve guest concerns, collaborate with colleagues, and proactively promote McDonald’s App features and Mobile Order & Pay options to enhance the guest experience.
