Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Dining Supervisor for our Plano, TX operations. The role oversees dining services, ensures guest satisfaction, and supports staff under the guidance of the General Manager or Chef.

You will manage schedules, assist with event catering, uphold safety and quality standards, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required for this full-time position in Plano.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in similar position.
• Specialized training in catering.
• Culinary school certificate or degree.
• Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining services to ensure client and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and staff training.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
• Support event catering and final presentation of food.
