This role emphasizes precise service, menu knowledge, and teamwork. You’ll help keep the pastry display inviting and work alongside baristas during busy periods, contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
• Excellent guest-focused service and communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact.
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Follow steps of service and communicate menu details.
• Maintain counter and pastry display, staying stocked and appealing.
• Support baristas during peak times and assist with inventory.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety per DOH and company standards.
