Job summary

The Spot in Denver is seeking a Front Desk Staff member for part-time hours to provide outstanding customer service and smooth gym operations. You will manage check-ins, handle payments and retail sales, and assist with belay tests and safety protocols.

As a brand ambassador, you will promote our climbing community, assist with initiatives, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment for all members and visitors.

Qualifications

• Certified belayer with knowledge of climbing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first friendly point of contact for members and guests.
• Manage member check-ins and retail transactions accurately.
• Conduct belay tests and monitor climbing area safety.
• Collaborate with staff and attend mandatory meetings.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or services.
• Promote The Spot and climbing culture in interactions.
