Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve.
• Experience addressing guest concerns and questions to deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing for guests.
• Assist with cashiering, returns, exchanges, and cross-training team members.
• Open/close registers and maintain cashwrap displays and cleanliness.
