Job summary

The role includes training new cashiers, cross-training associates, and driving loyalty results through outstanding service and sales focus. The Lead Cashier will support the leadership team with register functions, cashier chats, and maintaining store cleanliness while delivering a premier guest experience and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty and shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service with a guest-friendly environment and personalized recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Pair guests with an associate to perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and service.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain and organize cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and collaboration with the team.
