Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations in Houston. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, maintaining cash controls, stocking products, and coordinating with vendors. The role may require flexible day, night, weekend, or holiday hours and physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest experiences.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions and use POS systems.
• Demonstrated reliability and transportation.
• Comfort working in varied temperatures and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the POS, manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping duties (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Ensure in-stock conditions by replenishing products and supplies.
• Communicate guest needs and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Support inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as directed by management.
