Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store operations. The role includes greeting guests, operating the POS, restocking, housekeeping, and ensuring safety compliance while adapting to flexible hours.

Qualifications

Must be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Able to perform basic computer functions.
Must have reliable transportation.
Work in varying temperatures and environments (outside, cooler, etc.).
Able to climb ladders, reach, bend, twist, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
Access all store areas including selling floor, stock, and register.
Accurate counting and paperwork literacy.
Support onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
Complete all store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
