Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests and manage the front desk. You will greet customers, manage the waitlist, operate the POS system, and assist with basic bowling instructions.

Responsibilities include tracking lane availability, assigning shoes and equipment, and verifying sales with cash controls. The role supports leagues preparation and basic guest services in a dynamic entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; optional restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and strong customer service skills.
• Proven success in school or previous job experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone; manage the waitlist.
• Track lane availability and assign lanes, shoes and equipment.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures; operate POS.
• Prepare for leagues and assist with basic bowling instruction.
• Notify mechanics of malfunctions and log issues.
