Responsibilities

• Greet guests and support service advisors.

• Maintain cleanliness of lot, service drive, and customer areas.
• Manage vehicle flow and shuttle readiness.
• Ensure vehicles are washed when appropriate.
• Communicate with team regarding tasks and runs.
• Lead by example in guest experience and urgency.
• Identify and solve problems proactively.
