Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Lane Server for part-time shifts in our entertainment center. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders, learn and promote the menu, and check back with guests to ensure outstanding service.

You’ll assist guests with questions, help maintain cleanliness, and stock your area while upselling the center experience. We value strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
