Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced entertainment setting. You will take and close out food and beverage orders, learn menus and promotions, and upsell the center experience while maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience
• Excellent interpersonal and guest-service oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn the menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests
• Check back with guests routinely to ensure satisfaction
• Assist guests with questions, requests and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean and organized
• Set up, stock, and organize your work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
