Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Lane Server to deliver exceptional guest service in a dynamic entertainment center. You will take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders, learn our menu and promotions, and relay them to guests with enthusiasm.

You will check back with guests, assist with questions, and help keep the venue clean and organized while supporting upsell of experiences. Evening/night shifts and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of related experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and commitment to guest service.
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn the menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean and organized.
