Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking Team Members to work directly with guests and fellow team members across Service, Sandwich Line, and Production roles. You will complete training through Chicken Salad Chick University (CSCU) to flawlessly execute duties and embody our 10 non-negotiable behaviors.

In this role you will greet guests, take orders, maintain cleanliness, monitor quality, and support teammates across shifts. No heavy lifting beyond 40 pounds and must be at least 16 years old.

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Previous restaurant and/or retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offer every guest, on every visit, a superb experience that creates a lasting memory. Greet every guest to welcome them to our restaurant!
• Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to CSC standards.
• Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly in accordance with CSC standards.
• Restock work area before leaving shift.
• Adhere to Company uniform and grooming standards.
• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
• Report problems to the supervisor promptly.
• Complete other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented according to company procedures during the morning shift.
• Ensure that hours of operation for the restaurant are maintained during their shift.
• Ensure compliance with established safety and sanitation procedures.
