Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Food & Beverage Intern for Summer 2027. As an Intern in Riva Restaurant and Pool, you’ll join a team dedicated to growth, learning, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications
- Minimum three months of hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Working knowledge of technology and computer systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide guests with food and beverage, water, oshibori, spritzing, towels and seating assistance at pool and surrounding areas.
- Respond to interactions in a courteous and professional manner to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Pick up and deliver towels and towel bins to laundry and towel stands.
- Maintain pool and seating areas in an orderly and clean condition.
- Use hotel computer systems and phone system effectively.
- Assist as Server Assistant and Host/ess as needed.

- Applicants must be currently enrolled in undergraduate/graduate school
- Applicants must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
Department: Riva Restaurant and Pool
Approximate Service Dates: May 2027 – August 2027
Scheduled hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Eight-to-Ten hour shifts – scheduled days and times may vary based on need; open availability required Monday-Sunday
- Provide guests with food and beverage, water, and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas
- Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Pick-up and deliver towels/towel bins to and from the laundry and towel stands
- Maintain the Pool and seating areas in an orderly and clean manner
- Use the hotel computer systems and phone system effectively
- Assist in the role of Server Assistant and Host/ess as needed
- A minimum three months of working experience in hospitality or customer service industry preferred
- Educational studies toward a degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Working knowledge of and ability to operate technology and computer systems
