Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Food & Beverage Intern for Summer 2027. As an Intern in Riva Restaurant and Pool, you’ll join a team dedicated to growth, learning, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months of hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Working knowledge of technology and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with food and beverage, water, oshibori, spritzing, towels and seating assistance at pool and surrounding areas.
• Respond to interactions in a courteous and professional manner to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Pick up and deliver towels and towel bins to laundry and towel stands.
• Maintain pool and seating areas in an orderly and clean condition.
• Use hotel computer systems and phone system effectively.
• Assist as Server Assistant and Host/ess as needed.
