Qualifications

• Greet and educate guests about concession items, movies, rating systems, and theater directions.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
• Identify and promote additional concession and seating options to enhance the guest experience.
• Promote Emagine's rewards program to every guest.
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
• Monitor theater environment and enforce Code of Conduct.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across concessions, auditoriums, restrooms, and lobby.

Responsibilities
