Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping functions in assigned sections and support Housekeeping Manager in their absence.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Inspect Room Attendant performance to ensure standards and productivity.
• Ensure daily assignments are tracked and reported to Housekeeping Office.
• Maintain key control and monitor cleanliness of carts and linen areas.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for out-of-order rooms and assist with staff training.
• Support guest satisfaction through proactive supervision.
